It is extremely difficult to get through on the phone to cancel appointments or to ask questions. Once you get to the office, everything flows better than before.

Dr. De Benedetti explained all procedures thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. Her implant of my pacemaker went very well and her follow ups are prompt and very caring. Fortunate to have her as my cardiologist!

I arrived in ample time, eager to hear GREAT news. Unfortunately, it was only so-so. I was impressed that she was able to access multiple records/blood tests and could give me her accurate diagnosis/recommendations. I have become more determined than ever to accomplish better health by following a healthier lifestyle, incorporating her suggestions. Ultimately, my goal is wean myself off recently prescribed drugs/avoid future prescriptions/loose weight. It is obvious that Dr. De Benedetti thinks along the same lines, wanting for my numbers to vastly improve too. I appreciate her Frank friendliness/ professionalism/belief in me/adherence to the results of tests.

A kind doctor, open to talk English or Spanish so the patient can feel comfortable and answered with patience my questions.

A little long on the wait time, almost 2 hours. Otherwise excellent experience, great staff and clean environment.

Dr De Benedetto is easy to talk to and is never in a rush to leave the exam room.

I was a new patient and had to wait 60 plus minutes, past my appointment time, to be seen. Reception was nice. However, I was not informed about any updates regarding timing or issues.

She has a great rapport and takes her time to explain things. However, I don’t enjoy sitting & waiting for almost 2 hours to see the doctor. This appointment was after 3 canceled appointments over 2 months. They called to cancel when I was driving to the office. I’m in good health, I feel bad for the people that really needed to see her. She really needs to manage her time better.

Awful! I waited over two hours to see her and then have had my appointments cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled again. The appointment/scheduling system is the worst I have ever seen. I will get a call to cancel the appointment, and then the next day I will get a text message requesting that I confirm the appointment they just cancelled. I had another cardiologist recommended to me and I have already had two appointments with her, and have had all my testing completed!!

We were very pleased with her knowledge and attention. The fact that she had the patient’s medical history documentation from other physicians at hand during the consultation provided the trust we needed.
