Dr. Maria De Brito McGee, MD

We were referred to Dr. McGee as our provider of 8 years was moving out of state. In seeing Dr. McGee, she demonstrated dislike for all medications our son was on, questioned our knowledge of each medication and lectured our lack of extensive knowledge of each medication. Our son is 15 and the medication he was on was working well. She changed medication and he is battling tremors, frustration and lack of concentration. When shared with her, her response was critical and dismissive. We left numerous messages about our lack of filling prescriptions both in v/m and in the website. Her staff was kind and responsive. She, however, never responded. We felt disrespected and dismissed. We trusted our previous provider (through BoysTown) and find this doctor arrogant and would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. McGee is very experienced child psychologist in Omaha. She is there to help, she cares. No unnecessary procedures and/or evaluations, straight to the point, quickly determines diagnosis, and recommends treatment. Amazing!

She actually cares about you, she doesn't treat you like your just another appointment on her schedule.
