Dr. Maria Del Pilar Brito, MD

Dr Brito took the time to fully explain my procedure. She was very gentle and performed my biopsy with no discomfort. Her staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Brito.

My recent visit with Dr. Brito was good; she answered all my questions. However, she never responds to my questions on the patient portal. It's really hard to get the doctor's attention for any issues I am facing. I'm not sure if it's the staff who can't reach the doctor or if the doctor herself is extremely busy.

Constantly pressure me as a patient to make a huge decision that i clearly [verbally & physically] expressed not comfortable with [then brought a unauthorized 3rd party Doc. i didn't know or was even introduced to back her decision] its like i am being cornered and strong arm; this is my body/health!!! if this is how i feel, listen and respect my decision!. Now i guess it feels like she didn't like it when i told her rep. that i want to discontinued seeing her and is now ban from see any doc from that hospital division BC according to them "The other docs there will prob. reach the same decision"for me. I don't like confrontation but if a doctor don't respect my decision and i can't trust a doctor i will not be comfortable with going with any of the decision that is made for me regarding my health.

Very unprofessional stuff. Been waiting for my lab referral for 5 days! Called them multiple times, and they kept giving promises. I had to have a huge gap between my steroids for the tests, that made me extremely sick. If they would send it right away, all that could have been avoided. Please do not waste your time going to the office. As a dr, she is somewhat ok . But comes to conclusions to fast, doesn’t ask questions, or even introducing herself . I can’t believe I waste 1.5 months waiting.

I would never recommend her to anyone. She is not well educated, does not care about patients and will make you wait for come back a month later if it's time for lunch and she has been running late.
