Dr. Maria Hernandez, MD

I called the office for a mutual patient; Patient need medical clearance for surgery.. Dr. is so Rude, unprofessional, no empathy for patients. So sad that she still has license to practice medicine.

Never made it to see her. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me to find another Dr. I asked her to book me in March and she said they don't book out that far. I worked in a Dr office and know they can. She had terrible phone etiquette and was not pleasant and helpful at all. No wonder the Dr has a terrible rating. Start with cleaning up your staff first.

please Save yourself I went to Dr. Henderendez's office today for An annual once a year physical and my experience to say the least was an awful experience when I I first was called in the back by one effort assisting nurses to do check my blood pressure the machine wasn't up to date then on top of that Dr. Herendez wasnt friendly didn't even shake my hand didn't give me a comfortable feeling with her office being extremely disgusting with two dogs running all over the place

Doesn't bother--took my family member off VERY needed drugs without much thought. Unneeded tests were set up. Wait time EVERY time over an hour!! Stopped going as we found it was dangerous to be off the meds. Dogs clearly not therapy dogs roaming inside office. EKG you are left in room with no shirt on--breasts bare and very inapporopraite.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She had dogs in the exam room and even when I expressed that I was uncomfortable with them there she did not remove them. I would not recommended the doctor to anyone.
