Saved my daughter’s finger
Dr. Iannolo saw my daughter after my daughter sustained a pressure injury to her finger following treatment from another location. She was thorough, careful, and most importantly knew just what to do to effectively treat my daughter. It was a very scary situation, but Dr. Iannolo got her through with no permanent damage. I would highly recommend.

Overbooked
Feel the same way as one writer she’s always writing into the computer never looking into your eye or talking to you as a person had to ask her about my blood test and she had no idea until she looked it up when I was there I feel she doesn’t really listen even though in the portal she gets some things right but then some things are wrong. What she writes about you it’s almost demeaning.

Caring MD
I saw Dr. Iannolo for a broken ankle. She was extremely sweet and listened carefully to everything I had to say. She answered my questions and responded thoughtfully. For anyone who had complaints about “excessive typing on a laptop”, perhaps Dr. Ianollo was trying to diligently document the monologue you were giving her. She seemed like a very kind person and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Maria Iannolo is amazing. Very professional, she actively listens to patients help assess any medical issues or concerns, and is most of all humble. She's willing to refer you to someone else if unsure of a diagnosis. A example would be when she referred me to another physician to have my rotator cuff assessed. Thank you for being a great doctor.

Didn’t answer anything I asked. She was terrible. Busy typing into her laptop instead of addressing my needs. A waste of time and money. The worst of the worst. If you want to feel ignored and not cared about, see her. Hard to believe she’s an MD.

Dr Iannolo is a fantastic physician. She is incredibly caring and diligent. I was being treated for stress fracture in my femur-I had my initial appointment, x-ray and mri all in the same day which was very convenient. I'm so grateful she found the cause of my pain so quickly, which allowed me to start treatment and healing. I can't thank her enough for getting me running again. I highly recommend her. I also wanted to mention that the entire staff at Upstate Bone and Joint was great and accommodating. The check in people, the x-ray techs and Pam, Dr Iannolo's nurse were just really wonderful to interact with.

I went to Upstate Orthopedics' walk in hours on a Saturday morning. My shoulder had been bothering me for some time, and it was time for a professional opinion. The receptionist, nurse, and rad tech were professional and courteous. Dr. Iannolo was very professional, courteous, and caring. She showed sincere interest in my well being, and great knowledge of the cause and care of my issue. She was very willing to answer all my questions in detail. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone
