I just saw Dr. Landero this morning. I have been highly impressed by her knowledge, the care she has given, her patience and thoroughness in assessing my health problems. A very pleasant kind lady.

After 5 weeks in a boot and needing surgery, she won’t approve my surgery until I see a heart specialist because something came up on my ekg. Aside from asking me to wear the boot another 5 weeks. The heart specialist told me that she must be using faulty equipment . So I called her and never received a call back. Would you go to a doctor that has faulty equipment? What if your life depended on an accurate diagnosis.

Friendly, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Resourceful
Dr. Landero always greets us with a smile and asks how we are doing. She genuinely cares about our well-being and overall health. Dr. Landero will refer us to specialists if needed and follow-up with us after that visit to make sure all went well, and we felt comfortable with that specialist. She is a great listener and that is very important as it helps with a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Landero as our PCP and recommend her to others for great quality care.

One unhappy patient – Jan 20, 2024

Awful
I was in/out of the hospital for months which caused me to cancel or postpone several appointments. The doctor was receiving all of the files from the hospital and was aware I almost died. Yet, when I had another very important appointment with her, I received a call from a nurse that she dropped me as a patient for not seeing her in so long. I was literally in the hospital, septic, with a PICC line and she still dropped me. And made a poor nurse tell me.

RUN AWAY!
Aside from her being rude and snarky with me during the appointment her care aft the appointment is abysmal. I have seizures. She put in the prescription for the medication which then required a prior authorization. After 2 weeks of waiting I call the office and they said they are waiting for response from the insurance. I spoke to three customer service representatives at my insurance company plus I could see on my insurance app that absolutely no prior authorization had ever been submitted. Then I called one last time to the doctor office and they said it was denied. And I again called the insurance company and again they said no prior authorization was submitted. They lied to me for three weeks. During that time I had 4 seizures. This doctor and her staff are a bunch of liars, and they do not care about the patients.

Wow just wow on her poor attitude. I have never seen a medical provider like her, in a bad way. She is disrespectful, rude, cuts you off and is not even interested in listening. All the things that a doctor should not have.

I’ve been using Dr. Landero as my PCP for over 2 years now and have been nothing but satisfied. She has taken care of all of my problems and will treat anything she can without referrals unless specifically needed. Wonderful to have a primary doctor who truly cares.

This DR is by far one of the worse doctors I have ever met. Who stops care without notice especially if the person needs to be monitored by a professional! If you have any ongoing medical issues I would steer clear from this lady. She doesn’t care at all!

A first aid kit will help you more than this office or doctor ever could. RUDE STAFF (Patricia) and a goodie two shoes, know it all attitude isn't really what I look for in a family doctor. Dr. Landero is very unclear in her diagnosis and impossible to speak with about dosing issues and refills. She will talk over you, is very condescending, and seems to be in another world when you are discussing things like YOUR HEALTH!

Dr. Landero is extremely thorough, professional and cares about her patient's needs. She actively listens, without interrupting, to my needs as a patient. When she steps in the patient room, she has already reviewed my record, recollects my treatment and is ready to take the next steps for any ailments or continued medical needs. She keeps up-to-date with the latest treatment options and offers those when she feels they could benefit her patients. I'm extremely thankful that she's my doctor!

Do not use this doctor! She is careless and does not care about her patients healthcare, the extra costs or medications! We have waited almost 3 weeks now for insulin, appointment was May 16th, but unfortunately Dr. Landero rushed off to vacation before hitting send on these refills on her notebook. I call everyday about this, today Dr. Landero called in an antibiotic for my mom.....we didn't need an antibiotic for anything!!! Sadly I could go on, but the point is she is a terrible doctor!
