Love the office staff, her on the other hand...
This doctor is extremely rude. Did not actually examine me, but decided I wasn't worth her time and said nothing was wrong with me. The rest of the office staff were lovely. Dr. Lentzou needs an attitude adjustment.

Dr. Lentzou is a caring and thorough doctor. She listens to my concerns and explains so I can understand. She is my doctor and has been for 15 years.

Has to be one of the most arrogant, impatient & sadly, incompetent doctors I've ever crossed. Belligerent beyond measure; there are no words to adequately capture this awful unempathetic nightmare of a doctor. Wherever she got her license deserves a second look & should refund her money, take it and her away. But oh, IF you want cosmetic work, she's ALL ears. That is IF you want to look like this fake women who's latisse in her eyelashes so they are downright scary. That is until she opens her ignorant, in the strictest definition of the word, MOUTH. Lastly, as expected, and her staff belongs in a cage, they are dumb as a rock also with ZERO manners intelligence. Pretty much expected. Wonder if one can sleep their way through medical school? If so, whoever traded grades to her lost in EVERY way possible. GODAWFUL!

exceptionally poor service. Possibly the rudest, most unprofessional, office I've ever visited. Hey maybe if you need BOTOX & lash extension, this is your pick, but if you need someone skilled in REAL healthcare, a knowledgeable & earnest doctor, look elsewhere. I should've guessed outcome given her vain & shallow proclivity. Furthermore, her staff is truly atrocious.
