I came in for a routine thyroid check. Dr Livertores asked me how I was feeling in general or if I was having any other issues so I began to tell her that my lower back had been bothering me.and.she cut me off saying that "she would not have time to address that today and I would have to make another appointment". Then let me know she would be gone for the next 2 weeks over Christmas. Why even ask me if Im having any other health issues? I was pretty shocked by being cut off. I know she was running 25 minutes behind but I work and don't want to keep having to make appointments every month.

Definitely recommend
I hadn't been feeling well for several months and my primary doctor couldn't see me so it was offered to me to see Dr. Livieratos. After my 1st appointment with her I asked that she be my primary doctor. She makes me feel comfortable and is helping me get back on track. She is personable with me and makes me not dread going to the doctor. I still see her despite her moving to the St. John's location that is quite the drive for me.

Dismissive
She completely dismissed everything I said, was condescending and mis-diagnosed my condition. Terrible bed side manner. Not shockingly, she was transferred elsewhere. The office staff were not surprised when I relayed my experience with her.

Doctor rescheduled my long-standing visit for "personal reasons". Made frequent errors in refills for scripts written by prior doctor by either sending eScript to wrong pharmacy or by sending wrong script to right pharmacy; a "free" script was sent to Meijer that cost me $17.00 - script sent is not on Meijer "free" list. Two longstanding scripts were not refilled by Doctor; no credible reason given for refusal to recognize prior doctor's diagnosis for my conditions. Go anywhere, not to see Doctor.
