This doctor actually gives me more anxiety when talking to her. She’s rude and dismissive. Would not recommend.

Stay away
I went to her for severe anxiety attacks. She was very uncaring and rude. She would cut me off when I was talking and not listen to what I said. Her response was to just prescribe taking Alprozalan all day. She would not address what I needed for my anxiety. I only went for a few visits and I left her office with more anxiety about not getting the care I needed. I definitely would not recommend this doctor.

She told me I was a burden on my family while talking about my mental health despite knowing full well that I experience suicidal ideation and have attempted before. I’ve felt immense stress going to appointments and left in tears afterwards.

Should not be a psychiatrist. Would not listen. Isn’t that what psychiatrist do ? Horrible.

Insulting, Rude, Uncaring, Not helpful at all
My 19 year old daughter went to see “Dr.” Ongsiako and was not only insulted, but was told to just “stop” her feelings of anxiety. (Really???) The “doctor” didn’t listen to a word my daughter said. She was also physically shamed by this “doctor”. My daughter left the appointment in tears. Do not go to this uncaring, unsympathetic woman. She should not be in the mental health field.

Dr. Ongsiako will make your anxiety worse with her nasty attitude and lack of care for your safety and well-being.

I don't do well with authoritative, uninviting, and interruptive people. Just being in her presence worsened my anxiety because I thought I was coming to a safe space and instead she was what I described above.
