I waited for 1 1/2 hours. When I asked a member staff, how much longer, because I was already had been waiting for an hour., the staff replied to me 'well, that's how it is at other doctors' offices, ( to me that was very rude and very unprofessional) instead of saying, sorry, but the doctor is running late with other patients. Courtesy and friendliness are a vital part when it comes to customer service. I do like Dr. Pachori, but not her staff :(

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pachori! From start to finish on my pregnancy she was there for me any time I needed her! She never made me feel like she was too busy. She brought my son healthy into this world and I can’t thank her enough.

Dr Pachori and her staff are wonderful. A very busy office and I have always received calls back with full information after they have pulled my chart, etc. Extremely pleased with the time Dr Pachori spends with me at each visit and for follow-up if necessary. She uses her staff appropriately. I am so happy with her and is one the the doctors I always check to be sure my insurance will accept if I have to change insurance. I do not have to change to a new GYN doc.

I think overall Dr. Pachori is a nice person, as a doctor I'm not so pleased. I had a PAP done which resulted negatively, which then lead to me having to get a biopsy of my cervix/uterus. About 1 week after the procedure, Jennifer called to tell me that the results came back normal, and there was nothing to worry about. This was pretty confusing as I went from being abnormal to "everything looks good"... Was left wondering if I really even needed the biopsy done in the first place.

I love Dr. Pachori! She is the best OB/GYN I've seen. I've been her patient since 2012. She delivered both of my daughters. She listened to all of my concerns and centered my care around my decisions, wants, and needs. She's well educated and was able to answer all of my questions. Her staff has changed periodically since I was initially established with her, but she definitely remembered me after 2 years of visiting her initial office.

Awful front desk and billing services team. The people who work the front desk at this office are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in a Doctor's office. Ask up front every procedure they plan to do for you. They add services without giving up front cost. Awful overall experience. Don't use this office.

I love Dr Pachori while I'm in the office however, her follow up is horrible. Her assistant called me back with a negative result and couldn't answer any questions. When you call a patient with a negative result do not have your assistant who can't answer any questions call patients. I told her at the moment pls have Dr Pachori call me back, guess What, I called her 4 time during 7 days and finally after a week she took my phone call. I was so worried couldn't even sleep well for 7 days.

I really like Dr Pachori, but the staff in her office is the worst I have ever experience. I had a genetic testing done for cancer, informed them on the steps to take for insurance to pay it. After the 7 wks that takes to come back I called every wk. Finally after 17 wks, 10 calls and couple of emails, I lost it and went off on them, was on hold for 30min and came back telling me the test was not processed by the lab, because the dr had to sign a preauthorization for the ins. Very Incompetent!

Although Dr Pachori is nice, her response and wait times are the worst I've ever experienced. The staff left me some results but could not explain them. I asked the dr to call me back repeatedly over several months but no response until I was finally told that it was insignificant. What? You don't call a person with negative news and months later tell me it's insignificant. And here I am again waiting over an hour in a acting room that is standing room only. Obviously she over books herself

I waited 2 hours to see Dr. Pachori - she chose to see her more favored patients over me first, without maintaining order. She spent less than 10 min with me for a first visit. Lost my pap test results. I called & emailed the office over 12 times, never got any calls or emails back. One time I was told the results never came back from lab. Then no help or solutions. Refused to send my records to next doctor who would need to repeat my pap a month later. Worst office help I have ever seen

Good Doctor, horrible billing department. There always seems to be something wrong with payments, I had paid my co-pays during my visits and I would receive the bills again in the mail. I had called about the issue, the lady working there said she would look into that and give me a call back, which never happened.
