scheduled a telehealth appointment at 2 pm, and my doctor didn’t join until 40 minutes later. During our conversation, I brought up past symptoms I experienced and mentioned that these symptoms were related to a diagnosis from 2019. However, she seemed unaware of this history, even though it was in my records. When I asked if she could help fill out paperwork for my job, her response came across as dismissive. Rather than addressing my current concerns or symptoms, she questioned why I hadn’t gone to a specialist instead and seemed to be disregarding the physical pain and emotional frustration I was feeling. I even started crying on the call, yet she showed little empathy and didn’t inquire about my current symptoms. The interaction left me feeling unheard and disregarded. This lack of care and understanding, particularly when it comes to Black women’s health concerns, is a major issue in healthcare, and unfortunately, I felt that here.

Dr. Palomata is a GREAT doctor! She always makes you feel comfortable. However, her office assistant Karen (who has been there for a while) is rude and nasty at all times! She even answers the telephone as if she hates her job and always sighs as if you are bothering her. Its bad when you don't want to call your own doctor because you don't want to deal with their staff.

This doctor is a joke. She doesn't care about her patients. She cares about the insurance you have. Her front desk staff are rude. They don't try to accommandate you if you have an emergency. What happen to patient care? There are better doctors then Dr. Greedy.
