My son has seen Dr Rossell since he was born & he is 15 now! My daughter sees her as well, she is 10. I knew Dr Rossell through ECI- MHMRA by way of clients I used to work with, all of them had disabilities. All the ECI families that were her patients- loved her! I fell in love with Dr Rossell’s bed side manner & her genuine care for each & every child she treats. When it was time for me to choose a pediatrician for my son, I knew that I wanted her to be the one to help me as a new mom care for my son. In caring for your child, it truly is a village & I wanted Dr Rossell in my village! She always took the time to answer my questions & address my concerns no matter how trivial they were. She was delicate on issues of puberty that made me blush. My children & I absolutely adore her! During Hurricane Ike- my son was two & suffering from Reflux-when I called her office among the hundreds of calls she received, she called the pharmacy to make sure his RX was filled.Just 1 of many examples

I have received annual health checkups and shots from Dr. Rossell since I was a baby, and always have a good experience. She and her staff are very personable and cheery, and my family and I always look forward to seeing them.

Dr. Rossell and her assistant, Bea, have been caring for our sons since they were born at Women's Hospital - 19 & 21 years ago. A friend highly recommended Dr. Rossell when we interviewed pediatricians, and we quickly understood why. First, she is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Second, she has excellent bedside manner and is always kind, warm and respectful of her patients (our sons), my husband and me. At every visit Dr. Rossell asks how "daddy" is doing if he isn't at the visit. She cares about the entire family. Patient-centered care is obviously very important to Dr. Rossell and all her staff. Wait times are reasonable and the staff are friendly, efficient and relate very well to children of all ages. I love Bea and Dr. Rossell's sense of humor, too. They are a breath of fresh air! We always look forward to going to Dr. Rossell's office, whether it be for a well check or treating an infection. Dr. Rossell feels like family. We will never forget Dr. Rossell and Bea.

My OB/GYN referred me to Dr. Rossell after the birth of my daughter. I feel like I got so lucky. She gives us good sound advise every time and takes as much time as that takes. I trust her sound judgement and have for 16 years.

I do not like to write negative reviews but this is warranted because I tried to resolve this with the doctor before writing this review. Dr. Rossell seen our baby at the Women’s Hospital of Texas without our consent. We would’ve never selected her as our baby’s pediatrician. She failed to inform my husband and I of our baby’s diagnosis and treatment. Imagine receiving a bill in the mail and you had no knowledge of your baby’s conditions until you receive a bill months later. She claimed she did a comprehensive exam on our baby but was in and out of our room in about two minutes. The way we were treated is totally wrong and we are sad that we were treated this way. When I tried to find out more information of what happened, it was difficult to get in contact with Dr. Rossell at her office. I had to call over and over to get a response. I even had to call my OB to help get in contact with her. When I finally spoke with Dr. Rossell she stated that she would help me but never did. Then

This office is SO poorly run. Doctor has too many patients scheduled and is in a rush. Feels like the DMV.

After my twins were discharged from TWH my first post hospital appt was with her. Upon meeting her she was so kind. I explained to her that one of my sons would forget to breath during bottle time. She assured me everything was fine. Later that night his Heart monitor went off during feeding, he turned blue. I took him back to TWH for observation. I followed up with her and told her my frustrations, she then told me she will no longer see my twins as patients! Wow

I asked today if they had anywhere more private I could breastfeed. The receptionist said Of course! And took me back. She approached one of the nursing staff and asked where I could sit to feed my son. She nurse looked at me with disgust and told me to go back to the lobby. Then she said But be sure to cover up out of respect for our other patients who don't want to see that. I'll be filing a formal complaint today and finding a new pediatrician.
