Very nice. She answered all my questions and concerns. A smile goes a long way! I felt comfortable and satisfied when I left that she wants to help me with what I’m dealing with. Even with my little problem, I can tell she wants and is going to do everything she can so I can feel my best.

My spouse has received nothing but horrible treatment and experience from Dr. Valadez and her staff at Pomona Valley Medical on Garey Ave, so much so that I have come on here and leave a review.From lack of communication overall to just general miscommunication, lack of care or compassion (absolutely no bedside manner), and constant billing issues. These past 2 years have been a complete waste of time, energy, and money, and not to mention our mental health is worse off now as well. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor or her incompetent staff to anyone who is looking for a better quality of life through with health care provider.

I have been going to Dr Valadez for several years now. What I like is the fact that she listens and shows concern, this is something I have had a problem with other doctors in the past. Once in a while I have had to wait a little longer then I liked but my daughter and I both knew it was because Dr. Valadez always spends a good amount of time with her patients and for me that's a good thing so I simply accept that the person ahead of me gets that time too. Everyone in the front office, receptionist's and nurses are all very professional whether in person or on the phone and also very kind and friendly. Thank you Dr. Valadez

Excellent service

Dr Valadez makes you feel comfortable so you are able to discuss any issues you are having. I feel she is genuinely concerned and is very thorough in her examination. I have had to change insurance several times and I always make sure that the insurance I choose excepts Dr. Valadez as my primary doctor.. The staff are also very good and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Valadez for years and always appreciate her care, concern, and advice. She is the best! She and her staff are friendly, professional, and excellent at follow-up. She always takes her time and addresses all my concerns. Requests for refills of prescriptions are always addressed in a timely manner. It feels like she genuinely cares about my health and well-being and I never feel rushed through an appointment. The only area where there could be improvement would be the length of the appointments. I usually anticipate at least 90 minutes including waiting in the lobby, but that is reflective of the amount of time she is willing to spend with her patients. To me, she is worth it!

She has always been so good with our family. She connects well with her patients. Especially me, i can be difficult. I broke my fibula and she had me in with an ortho within a day. As long as she is in practice, she will be our family doctor.
