front desk clerk are so serious..no greetings or smile..not a ver friendly environment...waited for over an gour everytime..

Unless you have the extra time and money to spend on office visits don't waste your time. She will not communicate with you directly. You have to come in to see here for everything including routine medications refills so she can collect your office visit payment. She will never give you refills on your medications even if you have been on them for years, instead you have to come in every 90 days just to get your prescriptions. Refers everything out. Not comfortable with any new issues.

Dr. Villena is a joy to talk with. She explains things so that you will understand the terms. One thing about visiting her, she will make herself available to answer any questions after work. I am so glad that I chose AAA for my health care.
