Excellent Doctor, very knowledgeable, professional, take her time with patients , office very nice and staff very friendly. Highly recommend this doctor and her office.

Very professional and kind doctor. I've seen her since 2021 and highly recommend her. She puts patients at ease, orders needed rests, listens and will see you asap when you have a medical issue. The wait time fir me has never been more than 20 minutes it's usually right at the scheduled time or within 10 minutes.

I visited her office on three occasions as my new PCP and was charged $95 each time. I needed my medication renewed and her Nurse Practitioner would only approve one month at a time. I have been taking the same medication for 25 years and am now out of metformin, and have been forced to buy it in Juarez without a prescription. I have only seen the actual Doctor once. The office staff is rude and borderline incompetent making you wait unnecessarily for over a half hour to charge extra. The Nurse practitioner is arrogant and will not listen to my requests to update my prescription. I am compelled to leave this negative review for the purpose of informing others not to depend on the nurse practitioner and run out of medication just because she refuses to listen.

My mother survived breast cancer, but this doctor did not provide adequate follow up even though she went regularly for 10 years. It wasn’t until an emergency trip to ER that it was discovered that her cancer was back in stage 4 which could have been easily identified and treated with a simple test. This lack of follow up is borderline malpractice.

i called today 11/15/2017 the lady had me on hold for almost 10 minutes, i wanted to make an appointment, very rude to me. terrible customer service

What an awesome experience. Finally I have found a GREAT doctor. NOw I don't mind going for a doctor appointment as late NGOs as it is with dr Mariaelena Sozer. The staff is very attentive and dr is wonderful. Can't say enough about her and the staff.

I love this doctor. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She is mine and my husbands doctor as well as both of my sons pediatrician. She is an aggressive doctor who will get to the bottom of whatever your illness is. She's had to deal with everything from massive infected spider bites to eclampsia on me.

Not once has she met my daughter since she was born and she's almost 3 months and had already gotten diagnosed with bronchiolitis. I'm definitely switching her pediatrician.

I only called this office to request some information and the person answering the phone was incredibly rude. If only she had not placed me on hold I would have gotten her name to post on here. I am not sure why people in this town feel the need to be so inconsiderate.
