Dr. Ali is kind, caring, and I believe is very intelligent. The best thing about Dr. Ali is that she listens to my issues and addresses them directly. Dr. Ali's understanding and treatment has not only helped me lose weight, but has reversed my diabetic status. She communicates very well, and realizes when I'm not understanding the language of medicine. I also think that I can remember everything, and she realized I would not and printed everything out for me without me asking, which made my wife happy to read the notes instead of me fumbling around with details. I'm very thankful that she accepted me as a patient. She spent a good amount of time with me and explained everything she was considering about my diagnosis. She also explained the side affects of medication she prescribed. Yes, there are dangers with my diagnosis, but she made me feel at ease with the direction of treatment. I'm not a person who likes sugar-coating on my diagnosis. I want to know the dangers and risks so I can understand the battle ahead of me. She is very good with giving me the information I need to know.
