Dr Esat met with me mid-Sept. for a cough that has lasted for weeks. After waiting over 3 hours for my tele-conference, she decided that I had asthma and prescribed a steroid inhaler which gave me thrush, rapid heartbeats, and chronic fatigue. During the call, I told her that I wanted a sputum test which she agreed but never gave me a script for. I called her office almost everyday for a week asking for the script and for another test to help diagnose my problem. This has been very frustrating to me. All I asked for was a script, but she could not find 5 minutes to call me and give me the scripts. She is too busy said her receptionist. Well, I will find another doctor who cares more about my health and will help me find the reason for my chronic cough. This was a waste of my hard earned $350 I could have given to someone who cared to give me 5 minutes of their time.

Her billing office deposited my check more than six months after it was given to them. I had spoken with someone in her billing office near the time of the check issuance and they told me that she was changing banks and that was the delay; that it would be deposited the following week. Fast forward to more than six months later (when the check was actually deposited) and the same woman from the billing office said that they received full payment from my health insurance company and that the money they deposited was due back to me. Still waiting for my $ 150. Fortunately, I only went to her office one time.

Dr Esat is very knowledgeable in issues even outside her specialty. I am a very complicated patient and she understands the realm of all my diseases. She will search for answers and the best treatment, when the treatment is something she is not licensed to provide she will find the specialist who is. When I was in the hospital she was always just a phone call away. Most of all, she loves me as a person not just another patient.
