Excellent and Caring
Dr. Chavez-MacGregor is my medical oncologist at MD Anderson. She is a doctor who listens but does not preach. She explains in detail, treats me as an intelligent human with concerns, and does not have a problem with further explanation if needed. I was assigned to her when I began at MD Anderson for my 3rd round of breast cancer, and certainly will continue with her!

Dr. Chavez MacGregor was outstanding! She is so compassionate, knowledgeable in breast cancer field, and so thorough in her explanation of treatment and future plans for the patient. She also emphasizes that no two patients are alike and everyone needs to be studied individually! I feel very privileged to have gotten an appointment with Dr. Chavez and to be able to be one of her patients.
