Dr. Cruz Manzano was very friendly and professional. She treated my 3 year old son and was very good with him. She explained our treatment options very well. She preformed a procedure on him in the same visit. Overall we had a great experience with her and I would definitely recommend her and her staff.

I was very pleased that her practice was ably to schedule me an appointment within a week of my requesting one. The appointment schedule was kept, and the planned diagnosis, and way ahead were thoroughly explained to me. The follow-up meeting was scheduled for my convenience, and a printed out appointment slip was given to me.

After a lengthy wait in both the waiting and exam rooms, we were rudely told by Dr.M that she doesn’t do the procedure that we were there for- chemical peel.The office staff had messed up! I had even called 4 days in advance to make sure the procedure had been approved by insurance and to see when he should stop his medication. I was told for him to stop the day before!It actually should have been a week! Please train your office/scheduling staff!

I was very happy with Dr Cruz and her staff. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get in quickly, only a few minutes of wait time and the visit was efficient but thorough.
