Non response to medical call
Several days ago I called Dr Padrons office regarding a diverticulitis flare up was told she was not in the office but receiving calls at home that was Dec 18th 2024 it is Dec 26th have yet to receive call. What is the point of having a GI doctor if u can't count on them.

Great doc, lousy practice
Dr Pardon is great, however getting anything done with that office is a nightmare. They are unorganized and take days to return a call. I typically have to call 4-5 times to get anything accomplished. I'll be finding a new practice which is unfortunate because Dr Pardon is actually great.
