Impressive surgeon left very minimal scaring.
I (F) was seen and treated by Dr.Franco in December of 2019, for a possible bowel resection (21 y/o at the time). Dr. Franco took her time explaining the process of my surgery, the possible outcomes and assured me of any concerns I had. The surgery was to begin as a laparoscopic surgery to determine if opening my abdomen was necessary, which ended up being the case. While explaining this to me, Dr. Franco was very transparent and assured my family member of expected recovery for both possible outcomes. I still rave about Dr. Franco to this day. My (bowel resection) scar is as minimal as it gets, almost entirely transparent while my laparoscopic scars have disappeared almost entirely. During my follow up care in the hospital I was informed thoroughly about my surgery and findings. My out-patient follow-up visit with Dr. Franco was effortless and I felt at ease about my recovery and diagnosis's. I would recommend Dr. Franco to anyone who is in need of General surgery.
