All staff in the department, including the x-ray technician, assistantans, and nurses were attentive and considerate. Dr. Menendez of course with his Reassuring bedside manner was warm and comforting throughout all the visits.

He is leaving the area, otherwise in a heartbeat.
Dr. Menendez provided a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere for someone suffering a bad injury. His explanations were thorough and clear and you didn't feel rushed.

Doctor Menendez was concerned, empathetic , sympathetic, extremely knowledgeable and a well experienced surgeon!! No words can express how wonderful he is!!! He is the best in his field!!

Dr. Menendez is so kind and thoughtful.
Dr. Menendez really took his time deciding whether or not I had a neck problem or shoulder. After x-rays and an MRI of my shoulder he advised I see a spinal specialist so I did. Between the two doctors and myself and because of inflammation in my shoulder we went a head and injected my shoulder. WOW I'm really feeling better. Thank you for taking your time to make a right decision.

I appreciated his “ functional” approach!
I had heard that surgeons ALWAYS want to operate. I was very pleased that Dr. Menendez took the time to talk with me about what I want, and need, to be able to do, when walking me through surgical vs. non- surgical treatment risks and outcomes! I appreciated this “functional” emphasis- and found it very in keeping with my values.
