Very long wait, lab report not readily available nor results explained well. Recommended efficacy of drug for CV19 that has been rejected by all medical agencies and advised not to use. (His opinion - did not prescribe.) Major question about psoriasis never answered.

His staff never answers the telephone, they don't follow up with paperwork. I am a veteran and trying to get approval from the VA for an appointment to see a specialist referred by Dr. Palacios. I hand carried the referral form required by the VA 2 weeks ago and no action has been taken by hyis staff.

His staff is terrible they hang up when you call, take 2 weeks to return phone calls, and are always busy. This man needs to stop taking patients he has no time for them please look elsewhere my mom always had a better chance going to E.R. than being seen by this man.

I waited 2 hours to see the doctor and when I finally got to see the doctor, he told me that their system was not working and he did not have my file available at that moment, he did not do any exam. He told me in a sarcastic way just make an appointment in three months. I had paid already my copay. They also have the worst customer service.
