I have been searching for a Doctor who really cares and I finally found one! She takes the time to fully explain things. Even had a good experience with her office staff. Fast, professional and thorough.

Negligent
This is the worst office I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life there is only one Dr at this office there is no back up Dr and there is no nurse practitioner at least that’s what I was told over the phone so if the Dr is out of town you’re pretty much on your own I have severe medical conditions that require certain drs for example I have a tracheostomy and I had a referral from the hospital do a hospital follow up due to a severe infection and the pulmonologist was requesting a prior authorization from my primary the Dr is out of town and the office absolutely refuse to do anything until I see her in person my appointment with the primary is the 23rd and the one with the pulmonologist is the 16th and this office absolutely refused to give me a sooner appointment and refused to schedule a hospital follow up as well so I guess they wanted to be held liable I’m contacting a lawyer now and changing Drs

Dr Borges is so compassionate with my clients
Dr Borges is always so caring with all my ladies. She and her staff are always pleasant and go out of their way to make sure my ladies are comfortable. I was a nurse for 40 yrs and have worked with a lot of Drs, Dr Borges is definitely one of the best ever.
