Dr. Maribeth Moore, DO

I absolutely loved Dr. Moore. She is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and has a very warm bedside manner. I booked an appointment last minute on a Friday, as a new patient, and the staff were able to put me on the calendar for the following Monday. Almost unheard of with any other practice, they're generally booked out at least two weeks. Once I got back into the examination room, Dr. Moore spent the better part of an hour talking to me about my medical history, my current medications, and how we would proceed moving forward. I have type II diabetes, and anyone who has this knows just how hard it is to find a doctor who knows what they're talking about. She did not let me down. Lately it seems that every doctor is more concerned with money than patient care, and I was so relieved to find someone with genuine concern for my wellbeing. Also her nurse is helpful and punctual, always following through. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Dr. Moore has been my doctor for 20 years. I worked as a pharmacist in a hospital in Michigan before moving to Texas. Dr. Moore was recommended to me right away. She has always helped me with my complaints in a friendly, timely and educated manner. I love her.

My family has been going to Dr. Moore for about 20 years, I have some pretty severe health issues, I've never had any complaints concerning her, scheduling appts. or her staff, I love this doctor. I have now moved to Katy, with all of the physicians in the Houston area, I STILL drive to Conroe to see her. She is personable, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is personable yet professional and always respond to messages or special requests. They're a great team!

She is completely devoid of bedside manner and her staff is incredibly rude. Do not go to her if you are looking for a compassionate doctor, or someone who will make you feel like a person rather than just another body walking through the door.

Dr. Moore is very considerate. She explains plan of treatment in a way in which non-professionals can understand.

This was my first visit today. Dr Moore really listened, answered all questions and is really down to earth. I am a R.N. and really picky. Glad I found her! ! They were in a new temporary space today so I think that held things up a bit.

Dr. Moore and her staff never answer the voicemails. I have left 4 messages on several different occasions, and never get a response. Even if you contact a person, they take a message, which no one returns. At least they are consistent. I don't know if they are inept, or have too many patients to be bothered by silly requests, such as prescription refills and appointment requests. Bravo Dr. Moore and staff for doing a less than adequate job! So would I recommend this doctor? Not at all.
