It was a busy night in the ER, and nobody was having any fun. Long wait! However, Dr. Arringdale, as well as most of the staff, did their best to make me feel like they were interested in helping me. Dr. Arringdale in particular, was quick with a diagnosis where Google had failed me, lol! I was feeling a little better by the time I left, and the prescription took care of the issue. I'm not big on writing reviews, but finding a competent doctor when you're in a panic is golden!

This is as much an apology for my behavior, as an acknowledgment of Dr. Arringdale's patient (and parent) skills and professional knowledge. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and I was the worst example of a freaking out parent. She managed to soothe my daughter, be patient with me, and take care of my daughter's leg. My apologies for my behavior, and thank you for taking such excellent care of my little girl

I'm not sure why someone would have such a terrible experience with Dr. Arringdale. For me, she was very thorough and efficient. Ridiculing her voice is a little petty. I've been working in health care for over 15 years, and her knowledge was on point.

I am in the health care industry and appalled at her medical care. She speaks in a very condescending manner and does not take the time to listen to your concerns. I left the ER with uncontrollable pain only to be told to come back if it gets works. Previously I had a positive experience at Portsmouth Hospital but this left me very upset. I will tell everyone I know to run if she is on duty.
