Dr. Marie Boucher, DMD

I called Dr. Berkley at 1:30 AM w excruciating pain(so sorry sir): in the morning Kristen called. They had an appt in the N Haven office so I thankfully accepted it. Within a few minutes I received a call from the Mansfield office where Ida had recognized my drive could be shortened by at least an hour so she offered the Mansfield office instead,who does that? So thoughtful..it worked out for the other office since they had 2 emergency visits scheduled back to back. We arrived early but Ida was again(first impression of the office)prepared for us. Brittany had also helped me in the original booking and stayed on top of any cancellations that I might have taken. We were able to see Dr. Boucher earlier than the scheduled time. She & Jess were perfectly orchestrated in their process and so compassionate (they even utilized a psychological soother by humming the same tune when the pain was about to be intense). I was recommended to see Dr. Boucher by a friend. I was nervous because I was experiencing a lot of pain, however, Dr. Boucher and the staff made me feel relaxed. The process was fast but done with care. I would recommend them to anyone. I was treated with respect and empathy while I was in horrible pain. Everything was handled with patience and care from start to finish. Thank you all.

Dr Boucher was wonderful, I just wish she hired a staff that reflected her calm and patient demeaner. The staff is horrible - the billing department had my 18 year old in tears when she tried to take the initiative and understand what was being billed. They told her they need to talk to her mom, but when mom called they told me they couldn't help because she was an adult. They added a $125 charge while waiting for insurance (they said it was because they weren't getting paid fast enough). They claimed they called the health insurance and gave us a quote (which we paid the day of the surgery) but then received a bill for the full amount (plus the $125). We called the insurance and they said there was no record of the call. Please save yourself time, money, and aggravation and find another doctor!

Dr Boucher is fabulous, wonderful doctor! The billing staff, however, is horrible. Very rude and not helpful at all with questions.

Dr. Boucher is highly skilled, efficient, and very compassionate. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.

Dr. Boucher was amazing when she extracted my wisdom tooth. She was calming and reassuring through the whole procedure. She took her time to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Very skilled and professional.

Dr. Boucher was extremely pleasant and thorough during my wisdom tooth extraction. She eased my anxiety and made sure I was aware of and comfortable with each step of the procedure. When a minor complication arose, she handled it skillfully and without concern.
