Dr. Carter and Dr. Webster saved my life. Dr. Webster had started the surgery and discovered that there was a further problem with a previous surgereons repair. She called in Dr Carter and they were able to save my life. They have cared for my for the past 16 years now and I can not say enough about how wonderful they have been for the past going on four surgeries now. I have never been in more capable hands. I trust them both explicitly. The nurse practitioners that have worked there also have been wonderful. Sometimes I think the office staff is a bit rushed but otherwise, I have only had a problem with getting an appointment within an a decent amount of time. I think that is a problem everywhere anymore. I had the same problem with the orthopedic specialist and the neurosurgeon. I think our healthcare system is simply maxed out.

Dr Carter is so great; she is always professional , friendly, and caring. When I go in every three months for hormone treatment, her staff is helpful in everyday; however, I have spent 7 days calling the office and only getting an automated machine that says they WILL call me back at the end of their day. I have called around 15 times in 7 days and have not YET received a call. I need a prescription filled and live an hour and half away from her office. I really feel that a quick courtesy call could surely fit into someone 's schedule there. It is very disappointing.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Webster then Dr. Carter. In the last five years she has not seen the doctor for three years. She specifically asked for and was told she would have an appt with the doctor not a PA. They called and rescheduled because the Dr would be out of town so we changed date to see the doctor. The practice seems very disorganized. Dr. Carter seems to be very competent, if my wife could ever see her.

I have tried for over a week to return a call and talk to the nurse that called about my insulin medicine. I have yet to get it. Today after talking to Norma the one who called and said I am calling your medicine in this morning. It is 5:55 pm and no medicine. This is the 5th time I have spoken to someone. After being told Friday they had lost my file and promised a call back that day, but no call returned. Mackenzie refuse to let me speak with Dr Carter. its a good thing I'm not dying.
