This wonderful Dr. Is not only a skilled, talented young surgeon but she is a compassionate person who helped my son receive an important surgery that saved his life. The staff was always friendly and very efficient. From start to finish our experience was 5 stars!

I only found out Dr. Poulin's name when I received a bill with her name on it. She came into my room with a lot of residents and fellows and did not introduce herself to me or to my visitors who were fellow Beth Israel attendings. She was smug and laughed as she told me lots of mundane details about the medicines I was being sent home on. She had no understanding of the trauma I had been through. She should not be teaching the residents or fellows in this Beth Israel Cardiology program. We need doctors who care about their patients and who teach how to interact with patients. Not ones who stand on the sidelines and laugh.
