Lots of talk, not much to back it up
Dr Sankaran was very nice initially and then after a few minutes into the interview, she showed her true colors. She was derogatory and argumentative. We as parents did not feel trusting in her abilities. She was pretentious and an elitist in her communication. Luckily there was a nurse anesthesiologist who stepped in and we relaxed. She made all the difference, so we knew Sarah would be well cared for. I did not like Dr Sankaran and we feel she really needs to learn how to speak to people.
