Horrible
Staff for her are so so so rude. I once had a lady hang up on me purposely. If Veldman wants any good to come from her she needs to FIRE her ridiculous receptionists immediately. Doc herself is also super slow to get back to you and quite rude in my opinion. Does not take anything you say seriously.

Dr. Veldman literally saved my life. I went to see her as I had extreme fatigue and no other issues. She did a full examination and 'felt' a mass and immediately connected me with a fantastic team of doctors. I was diagnosed with colon cancer. All the doctors I have seen since have the highest regard for Dr. Veldman, as do I. She is the best.

While Dr. Veldman is a very good doctor, her staff does not follow her lead. The nurse practitioner does not follow up on what she says she will do for Dr. Veldman's patients and after several calls to the office, I am still waiting for my prescription to be refilled. Even after calling and leaving a message for the nurse practitioner, not even the courtesy of a return call or resolution to my medical concerns have been met as of this date. The doctor and staff are not on the same page.

I found Dr. Veldman to be very professional, thorough, smart and patient. I was so impressed by her that I referred her and her practice to a friend. Her assistant, Maria, was as warm and kind as could be.

Dr. Veldman as always is wonderful in every way. It is unfortunate that the support staff in this office has no idea what they are doing and they don't even pretend to be helpful. Medical assistants are a joke and don't understand the basics of assisting a physician in an office. Can't get referrals until they are 1month old so now only good for 60 days. Can't get refills reauthorized and can't talk with anyone who knows what to do..... This office could really use an RN as an office manager.

My first visit to Dr. Veldman was a good experience after being with a different primary for many years. Dr. Veldman took time to listen to my concerns and health history. I'm very happy with the decision to change to seeing Dr. Veldman as my primary physician.

I have always had excellent care with Dr. Veldman - in fact, I have followed her from two different locations and would not consider moving to another doctor. She always takes her time with me and has a straightforward and realistic way about her. Have been seeing her for 24 years.
