I would have gave the office staff 0 Stars Not 1 Star, they are ignorant and blame there Clients for there ignorance and Lack of any Manners and They Do Not Care about there Clients Health! They Act as if they have Something we Need from them and they can do Anything they want to Us because they are right. We do need there services and that's Not OK! New Patients Be Ware. They Do Not Care about Our Needs. This is Not Jr High School ww Do Not Need to know why you Don't Like your Career You Choose that makes you Miserable Everyday.

The MOST caring doctor you would ever want and need. Her compassion, care, and understanding is a throw back to when doctors cared about their patients and not their wallets. I highly recommend Dr.Walsh Condon and the entire staff at Medford Family Care.

My daughter and I are very disappointed in this office. You call to make a sick appointment and someone has to call you back which takes hours or the next day. With the staff getting a new system, they still (after a year) don't know how to work it and are not friendly at all. We are thinking about changing doctors after having Dr. Walsh Condon for many years. I would not recommend this office to anyone since the response time is ridiculous. When you are sick you would like to get seen.

Dr. Condon is great- if you can get in to see her! My annual appointments continue to be messed up, and the receptionists said it's in part because she's "so busy"- yet she is apparently taking new patients. I wouldn't bother.

Dr. Walsh Condon is very professional, understanding, and has a great bedside manner. Furthermore, she utilizes all of her available resourses when diagnosing and recommending treatments. If you’re looking for a great doctor who really understands, and allows you to participate in your care, I highly recommend her.

Wonderful family dr couldn't say more great things about her but she is very good at what she does. HIGHLY recommend, from ages newborn - 100 !!
