Dr. Marielena Guerra, MD

Dr. Guerra took her time to sit with me and discuss and explain everything and answer questions. I never felt rushed. She was very friendly and kind. The nurse and receptionist were also very friendly.

She ruined my life

There was little wait time and the staff was very friendly.

She listens to me and tells me what procedure she feels is best and follow up if necessary.

Dr. Guerra took the time to make me feel comfortable, got to know my history in a friendly but professional way and made sure to explain everything so that I understood and didn’t feel intimidated or confused. I also must speak about the staff - outstanding! Professional, friendly, informative, and on top of what they are doing. I didn’t have to ask for anything, which is rare to find these days. I hope my review doesn’t overwhelm this office. They deserve the business but I also selfishly want to preserve their charm.

Dr. Guerra is very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time very caring and sense tuve. I felt very comfortable with her care.

Doctor is very thorough and excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend her.

A bit annoyed and disappointed. I came here to see Dr. Fahey after being referred by my PCP but she was booked so far out that I settled for Dr. Guerra. I arrived on time, but the whole process took almost 2 hours and I only saw the dr for about 15-20minutes. Her exam took less than 5 minutes. My appointment was 945am, I left at 1130am. I was waiting forever, to the point that I had to extend my parking time on the meter. She forgot to do part of the exam she said she would too but at that point I had been out of my office longer than anticipated and was going to be late to a meeting. No one at this office seemed to care about the time and it was very clear time management is not a priority here. No one seemed concerned that I had been waiting so long and I didn't feel confident with the feedback from Dr. Guerra. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Dr Guerra went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She is caring, patient and kind. She took time in explanations which I appreciate. Highly recommend her.

I would not recommend Dr.Guerra for any maternal patient care. Through the entire pregnancy, she took light of issues (rashes, itching) and the office was careless with my labs on multiple occasions. She did not attend the birth nor did she follow up during my three day stay in the hospital. At my follow up appointment, she proceeded to tell the office staff how she "didn't know why" I would have a(n) [EMERGENCY] c-section, making me feel even worse about a very traumatic birthing experience. I hope no mother, especially first time mother, has to endure the carelessness that I did. Please choose your provider wisely.

Arrive promptly for 4 pm appointment. Was taken to freezing room at 4:30. 5 pm was instructed to remove all clothing and cover with paper draping; doctor will be in soon. I waited in this cold room with no clothes on until finally seen at 6 pm. I didn’t ask for an explanation as to why I was asked to wait naked in a freezing cold room for an hour and none was offered. Dr jammed the speculum inside me and it hurt quite a bit. I’m 57 years old, gave birth to 2 children and have had plenty of OB visits. I’m aware there is no reason for pain from a speculum if there are no medical conditions present. I said quite sternly that she was hurting me. l asked if she saw any medical condition that could cause this pain. Doctor said she saw nothing medically wrong and it was probably due to my lack of recent sexual activity. That’s a crock of crap. She was in a hurry, was rough, didn’t use lube or patience. Avoid this Dr!!! She blamed me for her mistake. She’s a bad one.

Dr. Guerra was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have her do all my appointments and deliver my first child.

Dr. Guerra is awesome! I had to switch doctors mid-way through my pregnancy which naturally I was very anxious about. After two minutes with Dr. Guerra, I was totally relieved and knew everything was going to be fine! She is super pleasant, listens well and did an amazing job delivering my first baby! (a c-section which I was also very nervous about) I couldn't be happier with this doctor and will continue to see her for a long time! :)
