Dr. Marilou Rosas, MD

Dr. Rosas was very attentive to my needs and was able to assist my family by providing a helpful online class included with services with no additional cost.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Rosas since 2017 and I’ve NEVER met her! I’ve always seen her NP. Although her NP Janet is awesome and literally saves lives! I love you Janet! Maria the Office Secretary AKA the office manager/director/billing this girl is Wonder Woman! She does so much! God Bless her! Yes 6 years and I have yet to meet this Dr Rosas. I have been putting off getting a new psychiatrist because I love Janet so much. The office staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and fast to respond emails or messages. However, Not a fan of this Doctor due to her unavailability to her patients. Too bad.

The doctor herself is okay enough to talk to, but she forgot to send in the discussed RX. 2 of 4 appts were rescheduled by voicemail saying that they needed to reschedule and here's your new appt time and if that doesn't work for you call us back. You call back and it goes straight to voicemail. The second appointment was a mandatory group session held twice a month where she goes over all the different types of meds and what treats what type of conditions whether they apply to you or not which I thought was weird and uncomfortable. The NP is a disaster. She went so fast she couldn't retain anything. She frequently made mistakes when taking notes and had to ask the same question multiple times. My first appt was the NP taking notes for an hour and then reading them back to the Dr for 15 minutes while I listened and corrected her numerous mistakes. She also rushed me off my 3rd appt after they rescheduled for earlier in the day via vm saying they had a patient in my original appt time.

Dr. Rosas is very professional and listens to you unlike other psychiatrists who only prescribe and get you out the door.
