My SO prefers Dr Moss.

She has no manners. Comes into exam room chewing food with her mouth open, greasy looking sticky fingers, and talking with food in mouth . Eating on the run maybe but wash your hands and wipe your face from mustard. Had to tell her to wash herself up before examine me. She laughed. Gross. Food stains on clothes. She takes my insurance, always late, frazzled, going in and out of exam rooms, working with many patients and multi tasking at the same time. Doesn’t finish one patient before going to next one. Sitting in cold exam room Waiting for her to come back in to finish. Has no idea what she previously said or did. Chaotic atmosphere in the office. Never saw anything like this madness. She staff was rushing around trying to keep up with disorder.

The doctor is a bit loony. She’s smart and knows medicine but has no manners. Rude, boisterous, loud, impatient. Felt rushed - like on a production line. inpersonable. No bedside manners. Excessively long wait time in waiting area and exam room prior to physician coming in - only to be hurried along and not have concerns addressed. Medical assistant took thorough history and physician. Unlikely doctor reviewed it. No phone calls with lab results. Difficult to contact office by phone — rings & rings & rings. Then, placed on hold. Very frustrating.
