Good doctor. But the OPTUM health care system is the worst. To start with I had a billing question and called the billing company. There is no one to talk to on the other side. All calls go to an automated service. All you can do is pay. There is no other option. The front desk is very unprofessional and nasty. I came early for well child visit to have a for m filled out for a pre op clearance. The y made me wait 2 hours even though there was no one in the office waiting area. I would hate to stop going to this doctor because of her nasty front desk.

Brought my toddler in for a stuffed nose, while checking her ears she felt one ear had a little ear wax. She took it upon herself to clean it out a little for a quick second and charged me $170.00! I never told she can go ahead and do it nor did she tell ne she was going to charge me. Why not charge me for the tongue depressor you used also while youre at it.....
