I called this office to attempt to schedule an appointment for my 75 year old mother. I realize offices are busy. I was extremely upset by the way I was spoken to. I made a comment and was hung up on. I called back to ask for the office manager and was treated poorly again. I have been an RN for 24+ years. If I EVER spoke to a new patient this way I would lose my job. I would not have my mother or anyone I know call this practice. Perhaps the physicians are wonderful but sadly, I will never know
