Dr. Marina Zabezhanskaya, MD

I have been visiting the office of Doctor Marina Zabezhanskaya for many years, bringing her complicated, and sometimes not-so-complicated, issues. I am always welcomed with attention and, most important, professionalism.  Dr Zabezhanskaya is a highly qualified specialist. All her manners convey the best education and experience. Her assistant, Sigita, is a very experienced medical assistant, who is always ready to explain an upcoming procedure in detail and to answer all questions about what to expect after the procedure.  The last but not the least, the person who we meet in the office first is the receptionist, Marina. Punctual and detail-oriented, she immediately creates atmosphere of trust and professionalism, which distinguishes this office. Big thank you to Dr Marina Zabezhanskaya and the entire team!

Wait time from 2 1/2 to 3 hours they never pick up the phone you could only leave a message, but they almost never listen to it, just call back by the number they see on missed calls. call you back in a few days if you’re lucky. When you want to make an appointment you will wait for months and later they call usually a day before and say the doctor not going to be in the office you need to reschedule and wait another few weeks, it’s happened with me and not once. I could keep going and going … I have experienced bad service and disregard for patience needs many times as well as failure to cure due to negligence with this office. Especially want to mention unprofessional manager Marina with nasty attitude and no word of truth. Do yourself a favor and keep away from this low quality office.

I was seen as an emergency. There was a wait but it was worth it. The office manager was friendly and helpful. The doctor solved my problem quickly.

My mother 77 years old had an appointment on 8.24.21. Appointment was booked in a week in advance. She was waiting more than 3 hours to see a doctor. So just think before making an appointment

Great doctor, effective, polite, trustworthy. Diagnosed and cured my condition extremely fast. Spent as much time with me as I needed, discussed and explained all treatment options. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family members.

I’ve struggled with a keloid on my face for over 5yrs. I went to many Drs and tried several home remedies to no avail, until one day a stranger recommended me to Dr. Zabezhanskaya. At first I had no expectations, like I said before I’d been to several other Drs, but then I started seeing results. Today my keloid is gone, and I am elated. Her office also offers esthetician services which I intend to try... I’ll get back to you with those results.

The impression of total incomprehension on the part of the doctor and misdiagnosing all the time. The other people and friends say this doctor does a good routine job of cleaning various skin growths, the question is if this is sufficient to have the title of MD...

She is an angry unprofessional witch. Stay away. Not only you will wait for 2-3 hours, but then she will just grab you and do some procedure that she will not even explain to you prior to doing it.

I like the doctor, but she has to teach her stuff how to be polite ! I was trying to make an emergency appointment today but instead of compassion I only received rudeness The woman that answered the phone her name is Victoria told me that I should go to another doctor, because they don't have time for me and the doctor will only give me a shot . I told her that I am a patient for almost 30 years and I am in pain . She was very , very rude and she hanged up on me . I cried
