Rushed my son to emergency room at RWJ for chest pains and difficulty breathing. I can not tell you how I won't call her rude but unfriendly she was to my husband and I because we questioned what she was stating out our son. I totally understand that they have the MD behind there name but a parent has a right to question her child's care. And when we are told well his heart is fine BUT you should follow up with the cardiologist ???? Really? then I asked her is I should I don't know maybe take him to a Gastro Dr. because of the GERD she said, "oh that's a good Idea" really??? Maybe that's why she is working the overnight shift??? There was NO bedside manner at all. Thank god for the terrific RN we had. Oh and to finish it off as we left my husband said, "thank you so much" and she didn't even look up....... Nice. And no it wasn't busy in there.
