Telehealth
In my opinion, Dr Mario Gutierrez of Kaiser Permanente has demonstrated lack of professionality, lack of concern, and his follow-ups have been slim and none and at times, there have been glaring signs of impatience and also signs of lack of empathy. In my opinion, follow-up has been very lacking and very poor. If I had to do things over again, I wouldn't waste my time with him.
