My mom went for a follow up appointment after going to the ER where she was diagnosed with a venous stasis and high blood pressure. My mom was having an allergic reaction to the blood pressure medication. When the doctor came in she sat down looked at the chart and didn’t even look at my mom’s ankle. My mom said I’m itchy from the medication. The doctor said there is nothing I can do. Really, this is how you treat your 97 year old patients? Horrible bed side manner. She needs to retire

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Ramsay's since 2000. She is a very caring doctor. She explains conditions in layman's terms what is going on with any condition you may have, and what needs to take place to correct. She does not sugar coat which is refreshing. She answers all questions.

Was a patient of hers for a little while and she seems like she just doesn't care at all. As I was in a follow up appointment I wanted to ask a few questions. I said "I have another question to ask you," and she responded "You need to make it quick I have things to do." I kid you not. Also was in the hospital and I told her motrin just wasn't helping the pain and she told me "you just have to deal with it." Only thing that was great was her beautiful service dog.

I wouldn't recommend to use Ms. Ramsay's service. I was her patient in August - November, 2016. I always had issues with her performance. She showed her carelessness in filing papers. I had problems in getting my meds by mail because she didn't follow my insurance directions. Being a diabetic, I had to waste my time and nerves trying to get necessary pills and she was angry when I called trying to get prescription. The doctor cares only about money, not about her patients' needs.

It is all about the money and getting patients back in for another copay! This doctor doesn't seem to care about anything but the money if you get a prescription from her no matter what it is she will only give you a few months then you have to go back in for her to refill it,it doesn't seem to matter what it is for she also will not give a prescription for antibiotics for an middle ear infection tell you have had it for at least 1 month!Anyone that has had one knows how painful it is!Don't go !
