Excellent and compassionate care! Dr. Copeland is thorough and listens letting you know she cares.

Dr Copeland is always available and quick to respond. I love that she is direct and to the point with her vast medical knowledge. I like that she could be considered a “younger” doctor that I plan on having as my Dr for years to come. She recently made a move in practices and I appreciate her abilities so much that I am definitely following her.

She was so disrespectful, flippant, uncaring, condescending, and rude. She is not my regular doctor, and if I’m ever asked to see a doctor that isn’t my primary care physician again, I will beg to be seen by anyone else but her. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor. It was the worst experience at a doctors office that I’ve ever had. She has a disgusting attitude. She wasted a lot of time and money going to school to be a doctor, because this is not her calling. Being a doctor is about helping people. She clearly didn’t get the memo. Manners are important, and she has zero.

Dr Copeland is great primary care physician. She had always worked diligently to help. She has a great bedside manner, very through, and has never made me feel like just another number.

I waited a bit but Dr Copeland is professional,attentive and very personable. I found the interaction to be very easy and comfortable and never felt as if she were speaking down to me. No arrogance at all. I received injections in both knees. She said she was pretty good at it and I honestly didn't feel a thing. She hasn't been my regular doctor at the practice but she will be in the future. If you're needing a new sawbones, I'd highly recommend her.

She makes sure to work me in for sick appointments even though he days are already slammed. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She’s always been very caring and helpful to me!

I would give 0 stars if I could. She is the WORST! Doesn't listen, doesn't care, not friendly, and she doesn't read notes or charts.

I'm a new patient with her and it's So refreshing to find a caring dr who will actually listen to the patient! She is young and up to date on the latest treatments and new advancements and technology in the medical world and genuinely seems to care about her patients well being. She Has much better bedside mannerisms than most of the older drs I have seen over the years. I Would highly recommend to friends and family.
