No follow-up on results
Dr. Yates ordered an ultrasound on 10/19 and I still not heard from her as of 10/28. Results were sent to her same day. I have left a few messages and I have heard nothing back. Terrible experience!

Very difficult to get appointment in timely manner and long wait times to see the doctor. Like Dr. Yates and has been an excellent caregiver but time management and scheduling is abysmal. Office has no concern for patients or their needs, and no tolerance for accommodating individuals with special needs. Covenant Health needs to overhaul their system.

I love Dr. Yates.... Unfortunatly she has a receptionist who is something else... Needless to say. Anyway "IF" you can get in to see Dr. Yates I would recommend it, she is fantastic... On the other hand I wish you luck getting in, her receptionist never calls back... I called in November of 2018 and never got a call back! I am looking for another Dr. because of the receptionist. It's sad to leave her because she is such and awesome dr and her receptionist is horrible!!!

Had her for a workmans comp Dr., 3 1/2 years later. Nothing, I have to pay for everything she missed.

Really liked her in person but my MRI was done 2 weeks ago and finally had to call the radiology clinic directly to get my results because her office never called me even after I had called them requesting results. They also didn't send my Rx into the pharmacy. Called them ask them to take care of that over a week ago. Was told I'd get a call back. Still no Rx and still no phone call.
