Belittling and non empathetic
I have seen Dr Rosales twice and both time she put me down, she didn’t listen to my symptoms and when I interjected as she was telling me how I feel, I corrected her and she rolled her eyes. Unlike some of the other reviews she did try to diagnose BUT diagnose much bigger problems that what I was being seen for. So while waiting for labs, she has put all of these “what ifs” in my head and there wasn’t a need. I didn’t like her the first time and cringed when she came in the second time. I will be requesting anyone but her when I go in again.

Dr. Rosales doesn't listen, dismisses concerns.
Dr. Rosales is an absolutely C tier doctor. She refuses to listen to symptoms and just makes up her own version of events. I was in a major motorcycle accident and she basically had me do 2 poses and declared me fine. I had to beg for x-rays. She contradicts medical advice given by specialist doctors. She throws SSRI's at patients willy-nilly, completely ignorant of the withdrawals effects. She denies when meds cause side affects, even when they are the top listed side effects on the label. No humility and little compassion.

shouldn't be a doctor
Yea, agree with all the above reviews. She lacks empathy, very dismissive, arrogant, and refuses to listen. Funny that someone mentioned she's narcissistic, because it just occurred to me that it is true. I asked her about having kids at my age, her immediate thought was it was under her influence.. and basically told me it was impossible for me and nothing much I can do. Her time management was horrible. I had to wait for her for an hour for a five minutes visit--other people have work to do too. I always come back home feeling sicker than before ..

Not a good fit
If you're looking for a new physician, I would advise against Dr. Rosales. Dr. Rosales lacks empathy and does not listen to patient concerns. She refused to attend to my past/future surgeries and common issues. If you need help with depression, anxiety, antibiotics, pain meds...she won't prescribe them because she says she is afraid of doing harm. She refered me to the ER and Urgent Care for what she doesn't want to attend to. Those doctors shook their heads in frustration over this Doctor and her lack of patient care and filling their office with patients whom she could've attended to. It spoke volumes when her own staff and other physicians forwarded me to file a complaint on her. She took the appointment time to degrade and call me a liar(literally) instead of looking at the facts. X-rays and CT's don't lie...neither does the Radiologist who reads the images for you. If you need a doctor for a future cold or a yearly physical, she MIGHT be right for you.

Dr. Rosales has got to be the most belittling dr I have ever seen. Every time I try to explain to her my symptoms she cuts me off and lectures me that all she can offer is pills. She is not invested in helping you get to the root of your health issues, she just wants to slap a bandaid on you and push you out the door. Find yourself a different provider if you would like more than just trial and error of prescription drugs.

I'm not surprised to see these negative reviews. Dr. Rosales makes me wonder if any mental health checks are done on doctors either during medical school, in the hiring process, or at any point in their career. She's narcissistic and hateful. Arrogant beyond measure.

Unbelievable lack of empathy or tact. My mother has cancer that's being treated by an oncologist who is optimistic about the outcome. "Dr." Rosales immediately told us there's nothing we can do, fill out a right to life form, and call hospice. She was cruel on top of an already difficult situation.

Dr. Rosales is truly a Professional who listens to you, understands what you're saying and gives good solid information/advice/homework back. You never feel rushed or ignored or like just a number. After visiting Dr. Rosales I feel informed and motivated to continue battling my diabetes and overall health progression. All the office issues aside (scheduling, Saturday hours, phone calls being returned) I feel like Dr. Rosales is one of a kind when it comes to working with patients. EXCELLENT DR
