Knowledgeable, Direct and Cares
Dr. Aleali and her staff are exactly what you need in a professional surgeon team. Everyone here has so must skill and experience which made me feel confident in the decisions I had to make; The whole team amply prepared me for serious survey(s) by not sugar-coating details and by providing me with all realistic outcomes so I was more than properly informed. The total success of my surgery is due to Dr. Aleali’s skill and advocating on my behalf prior to my procedure. She and her team truly care about their patients and will do what it takes to obtain the best possible outcome for them- if you’re seeking quality care I highly recommend the ladies of this office.

Poor demeanor
While expertise in the O.R. may be debatable either way, the experience in the office one on one is not pleasant. If there was a rating on bedside manner, that would be a 1 out of 10 Her 2 front office managers have the same lack of human compassion and seem like they spend most of the day gossiping about patients. It is important to know, this is the first and only review I have written, but my experience was such that I was compelled to let other patients know, if feeling good is in the equation, pick another doctor .

Excellent caring doctor. Saw me for 6 months thru Covid period and 2 surgeries. Honest , thorough, thoughtful. And fierce when it came to others not doing all they could for her patients. Not necessarily a hand holder but compassionate and most important , a skilled surgeon. First surgery was over 5 hours and not simple. I was in good hands. Also, office staff was professional and responsive. Getting something signed or approved was never a problem. Also flexible on follow up appointments. Just a great medical experience from a kind and professional office and staff.

Seeing a rectal doctor is an uncomfortable event for anyone. So having to then meeting Dr. Aleali was horrible. Very unprofessional, rude, insensitive to the pain and issue I have and nothing you want in a doctor. Showed no compassion, very short and offered little advice that was helpful. Waist of money and time and such a disappointment. She came recommended and I checked some other reviews. All those must be biased or not true. Never been so disappointed w a “doctor”. And I’m not a complainer

Terrible temper. Doesn't even listen to her patients. She should be ashamed to call herself a professional.
