Doesn’t listen
This doctor speaks at you, not to you. She offers cookie cutter advice, that if I took it would have destroyed me and made my situation 100 times worse. She didn’t listen to the things that I had tried and failed with before and question why they did fail, but instead kept pushing that same line of thinking. She did not care when I had severe allergic reactions to drugs she gave me. She dismissed me. I went elsewhere and found a doctor that did listen.

My symptoms have improved significantly since coming to see Dr Mamsaang. She really listens to you when you speak, aside from m y pelvic pain she gives great recommendations and guidance for other issues/treatments. Highly reccommend!

My experience with the actual office is great, My only complaint is that when you call to schedule it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. sometimes call drops for being on hold for so long!
