Do NOT see this doctor
If I could give a negative rating I would. I did not see Dr. Antosh one time during my pregnancy until after I lost my son at 22 weeks. He entered the hospital room in a chipper mood asking how I was while holding my son who had already passed. Two weeks later at our follow up appointment, he had a medical student sit in on our conversation without asking for permission knowing this would be a sensitive conversation and the first thing he asked when I sat down was “are you still crying a lot”. As my husband and I attempted to get any answers for my unexpected preterm labor the only thing Dr. Antosh wanted to talk about was prescribing me antidepressants. His bedside manner during the worst time of our lives was absolutely horrible and I would never recommend him after that interaction. Zero sympathy, zero compassion.

I have had pleasant enough experiences and good care the few times I have visited Dr. Antosh's office. However, I am a new patient still adjusting to the way they run their practice. It was recently brought to my attention that the office does not use an Electronic Medical Records system. There is no portal or electronic capture of details. That means, no access to notes, no test results, no ability to communicate with Dr or staff outside of calling and leaving a message for a call back. This is a HUGE disservice to patients. It raises the risk of transcription error, and means they cannot have a comprehensive profile of your health. This puts a huge burden on the patient to request records, wait for them to be mailed, and to have to keep specific track of details for this provider that they otherwise wouldn't have to. I don't know how they can even do this under the EMR Mandate? If they are this antiquated in this aspect of patient experience, what else are they behind on?

It’s always nerve racking seeing a new doctor, but the entire staff was kind and friendly. I felt more comfortable than I probably have at any new office. So appreciative of their kindness.

Dr. Antosh and his staff are very professional and I feel very lucky to be a patient at their office. One of the things I really like about the practice is that it is smaller, so it feels personable. I have also had serious medical questions and circumstances that required more individual attention- I always feel like Dr. Antosh and his staff take the time to get to know your situation. I have never felt rushed or like my questions are being brushed off.

Dr. Antosh needs to work on his bedside manner. He had no compassion and offered no empathy in what was a very difficult situation. The procedure was extremely painful and it would have been nice if someone had told me I had a prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy instead of me having to do the investigating.
