Poor Customer Service
My friend is a patient of Dr. Ashby's clinic and has been unable to get in contact with support staff to schedule a medication review appointment. As a result, I drove him to the office yesterday (Friday) which is a 30 minute one-way trip. The receptionist appeared aloof and incompetent. She scheduled my friend an appointment with a new provider at the clinic for today (Saturday, June 1st at 10:30 am.). I questioned the appointment date and informed her that June 1st is a Saturday and asked if they had they changed their clinic days. The person did not respond to my question regarding the appointment and stated in flat voice that he could be seen on June 1st or June 8th to which I commented that both dates were on a Saturday. My friend requested his appointment be printed out and was given a printed appointment sheet showing that the appointment was today at 10:30 am. When we arrived at 10:15 the office was closed and we waited until 10:30 am.

It is nearly impossible to get in touch with this office. I am not due to come back for a f/u appointment until 3 months after my first one. They gave me 30 days worth of meds with no refills. Have been calling and calling to get another refill (like I said, was told I needed an f/u appt in 3 months), no returned phone call. So now I have abruptly stopped my antidepressants due to not being able to get in touch with anyone, ever.

Absolutely love this place it's like a small family caring people very good experiences with Mike Sanders, and all the staff, I will highly recommend this place to anyone I cared for which is everyone!
