Dr. Mark Austin, MD

Remember back in the day, when you could get personal care and complete service at the doctor? Well, it’s rare, and Dr. Austin and his team helped bring it back for me. I had a lump in my breast and saw my primary doctor who referred me for a mammogram. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. After they talked in the background, an ultrasound was added. He read my scans and came in to discuss my results directly after. Luckily, I don’t have breast cancer, and was diagnosed with a cyst. He was very thorough and thoughtful, explaining all of it, and knowing the cyst would bother me, got the permissions to take care of it that day. 10 minutes later, with a 1 of 10 (almost pain-free!!) procedure performed by him with precision, I was done. No stressful wait for results, no gaslighting or making me feel dumb or silly about coming in for it. It meant a lot. For some reason the medical world can’t seem to keep that type of top notch care a standard! Exceptional!

Dr. Austin did an excellent job of reading the mammograms. He is very thorough in his examination. My cancer was diagnosed at a very early stage because of Dr. Austin's persistence even though it didn't show up on the ultrasound. It was found at this early stage because of his determination. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
