Most of my appointment with Dr. Benson was spent with a fellow or assistant of sorts that worked with Dr. Benson. That person did spend about 40 minutes with me however. After the assistant and I were done speaking he left the room saying he would fill Dr. Benson in on what we talked about. After about 5 minutes Dr. Benson came in apparently having all the info he needed about my digestive health. We talked for about 10 minutes about next steps. He did not ask to see my food journal.
